Arrival and transfer information


Based on your flight details, we will arrange your transfer to NH Hotel Utrecht.

Taxi

After arrival and through the baggage hall you enter the arrivals hall. You can find the meeting point and your driver by following the signs for trains.
The meeting point is located between (train) platform 1/2 and the Aviflora flower shop in the middle of the arrival hall.


Coaches
For grouped transfers, guests will have to find their way to the terminal on their own. The coach terminal can be found by following the instructions: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2cKlq9W8oek

Weather
In the Netherlands, the weather can be unpredictable, even in spring. Expect temperatures between 10–18°C (50–65°F), with occasional rain showers and wind.

What to Pack

  • Layers: Bring clothing you can layer—such as T-shirts, sweaters, and a light jacket.

  • Waterproof jacket or umbrella: Rain is common.

  • Smart casual outfitFor any group dinners or semi-formal events.

  • Travel adapters: The Netherlands uses Type C and F plugs, with 230V / 50Hz.


Currency

The local currency is the Euro (€). Credit and debit cards are widely accepted, but it's useful to carry some cash for smaller purchases.

Language
Dutch is the official language, but English is widely spoken, especially in hotels, restaurants, and public transport.

Safety and Health
The Netherlands is very safe, but as always, keep personal belongings secure. Tap water is safe to drink.
